Using the credit card payment option makes the purchase convenient and safe in our webshop. After giving the requested data, you will be directed to the website of Saferpay where you can pay through an encrypted transaction applied by the Bank, currently considered the most secure.
When selecting the payment method, our customers only need to click on ?submit? button for payment by credit card? and then to provide the card number and expiration date at the payment server of Saferpay. Saferpay accepts VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners Club card types.
Credit cards issued exclusively for electronic use are accepted only in cases when their use is authorized by the card- issuing bank! Please check with your bank that your card can be used for purchases via the Internet. After a successful purchase, Saferpay issues an authorization number of the transaction that you should write down or print the entire page. In the event of an unsuccessful transaction Saferpay informs you on the cause of default in an error message.
You will need the following data for payment by credit card:
(1) card number (the 13-19 digits can be found on the front of your card)
(2) expiration date (in the format of MM/YY)
(3) validation code (CVV2 or CVC2 number on the back of your card, the last three digits of the sequence)
Please note the following in order to have a successful payment:
- use only the card types accepted by the bank
- be sure that you have the requested amount available on your bank account
- give the requested 3 data (card number, expiration date, validation code) properly
- use a valid card which did not expire yet
The payment is successful only in case you click on the Payment button.
After your successful payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours (in case the payment was done during weekend or national bank holidays, than on the first working day) with your paid services, airline ticket or any additional services ordered eg. modification of the ticket, extra baggage, seat reservation etc.
Handling of complaints:
In case of any complaint please send it via e-mail to foiroda@vista.hu. All complaints will be checked within 24 hours (in case of weekends or national bank holidays on the first working day) and if the complaint is valid, we will reimburse the client and transfer back the paid amount to his bank account within 3 working days if necessary.
Modification or refund of any airline ticket paid can be done according to the Terms and Conditions of the individual airlines only.
